Goods
The item you purchase online will be the one you receive. Most pieces are cut, sanded, polished and drilled by hand making them unrepeatable,but
if you would like a matching item please contact me at the time of purchase. This makes it easier for me to match pieces.

Every effort has been made to produce high quality goods, but in the unlikely event of a product being faulty, please contact me to arrange returns or refunds.

Delivery
International
For International delivery, costs are added by weight at checkout up to 500g. Please contact me for delivery prices and timescales for heavier items.
UK
Postage in the U.K. is added by weight at checkout and is sent recorded delivery.
Heavier items are sent by courier and must be signed for on delivery.

Dispatch
Purchases will be sent out as quickly as possible by first class post or courier.

All prices are in GB Pounds.

Payment
Nochex- A secure online payment system for small businesses and processes UK and International card transactions.
Paypal- You do not need to have a Paypal account to use Paypal.
You can choose Nochex or Paypal for UK and international card payments.
You will be taken to their secure site where you can complete your purchase.
I do not see your card details at any time.
I also accept cheques and can process credit and debit card details over the phone.
I will never disclose your information to any third parties.

Damages/Returns
Goods are packaged carefully, but in the unlikely event that you receive anything damaged, please return within 5 days of receipt for replacement. You may return any item (except custom-made) within 7 days of receiving it, provided that it has not been used and is returned in its original packaging. Please note that all postage costs should be covered by the customer except in the case of faulty goods.
I cannot accept the return of earrings due to hygiene regulations, unless they are faulty.

It is the customer's responsibility to make sure items for return are packaged securely. It is advisable to obtain a Certificate of Posting, as no responsibility can be taken for goods lost in transit. After 28 days all sales are considered final and no refunds or replacements will be given.
