If you have a problem or query please contact me and I will assist you. Once a custom order has been agreed and work started, I cannot accept a cancellation. I am unable to accept earrings on a return basis due to hygiene reasons.

You have 28 days from the time of placing your order to notify me of any items you wish to return for a refund. You must then ensure I receive your returns within 14 days of you notifying me of your wish to return the item/s. I am unable to accept returns after six weeks have passed from the date of placing the order. Items must be returned in their original packaging and the buyer is responsible for return postage. Please be aware I cannot be held responsible for any returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
